Talk Therapy
Talk therapy, also known as psychotherapy, is a safe space to talk through your challenges with a licensed professional. They’ll help you identify unhealthy patterns and develop coping mechanisms to manage stress, anxiety, depression, and more. Talk therapy can empower you to improve your relationships, work through difficult emotions, and feel better overall. Search for “talk therapy near me” to find a therapist who can support your journey to mental well-being.
Teens
Being a teen these days is complicated. Are your friends leaving you “unread?” That’s tough. Family life may not always be easy. Keeping up with school can be a lot of pressure and maybe you’re feeling stressed about college or your future? That’s totally normal. Let’s work on finding ways to get it through these bumps so that you can feel confident about your life.
Parents
Parenting is rewarding but doesn’t come without intentional effort, dedication to addressing conflicts, and incredible patience. Need some advice about finding your teen’s vape pen or how to handle a tantrum? Maybe you are struggling with different parenting styles from your partner? We can provide expert guidance to help you navigate the challenges of raising a family.
Families
Is family conflict is getting in the way of your relationships? It’s helpful to have a neutral facilitator so that each side can be heard and you can actually make progress towards solutions with fair compromises. We can hold these family discussions with you so that you’re not alone and feeling like a fish out of water.
Adults
Adulting can be hard. You may feel empowered at times and awkward at others. Sometimes it’s scary to feel like you have to make choices on your own and be fully responsible for yourself or a growing family. No matter if you’re experiencing changes in your life or at status quo, we can focus on building your strengths so that you can navigate adulthood while feeling true to yourself.
Social Skills Groups
PEERS (Program for the Evaluation and Enrichment of Relational Skills) is an evidence-based social skills group for motivated middle and high school kids who are interested in making and keeping friends and/or handling conflict and rejection. This program is designed for kids with anxiety, depression, or neurodiversity. Kids and parents attend 16 weekly group sessions for 90 minutes per week. Parent participation is required.
